Hi, I’m Gregg

One day while working at my local Apple store, a woman called and asked for help. I knew how to fix her issue, but due to store policy, I was prevented from doing so. As she frustratedly hung up the phone, she said, "You know how much money you could make if you actually helped real people with real problems!?"

A business minded co-worker of mine told me once: "You should pitch an iPad class to a local senior center and then use those classes to meet people so they invite you over to ask questions." The whole thing was his idea, and with the encouragement of the frustrated caller, I started my consulting business.

Fifteen years later, I still work as a tech consultant in the central Ohio area, helping people find solutions to technology questions and problems. I have consulted with schools and businesses, but enjoy spending most of my time working with older adults, teaching technology classes or working one-on-one.

Years ago a client asked me to make a tutorial for her. I started designing a printed pamphlet, but I couldn't produce it quickly enough before the software changed and I had to start all over. So here I am, finally, making video tutorials on technology topics, and I'm having an absolute blast! The rest... is history :0)
